Look back at 2015

I'm gonna go month by month. It's easy to forget certain things.

January: I was still unemployed, but writing. Pain free for the first time in a long time b/c I met Lou in Nov 2013.

February: Wrote Quickink.com on the way to Jessica's house over V day. Drama over invitation. Drama in Jason's wedding.

March: Got a job

April: Nothing much

May: Rudy's graduation. I started youtube channel.

June: Left to go to Texas and Cali. Heard I was a triple-finalist for Maggies. Spent time w Patricia and Jason and Charity. But the end of that trip did not go well. But it sparked the fire to write Asia Minor.

July: Took FastDraft class. Ended up w 300 pages. 13th Anniversary.

August: Nothing much

September: I met Lydia. Jekyll Island

October: Moonlight and Magnolia. Won a Maggie.

November: Margie Lawson. Costco Almond Cake and Angus Beef Patties.

December: Got the flu. Wrote. Very close to finishing. Paul got promoted. I still had a job.


The theme for this year was progress and growth. I started doing meditation and swimming and just realigning what the word success to me. Paul discovered the power of kale. I'm grateful to have made a good friend w Jami.

I think for 2016, I hope to be kinder to myself. I want to continue my journey in writing. In not giving a damn about the opinions of others.

I am very grateful to love the best people and have them love me in return. I hope the world gets to become a better place in 2016. I am hopeful that it will.
